Terms of Agreement for online trading between The End Collective ABN 57533745763 (“The End Collective”) and The user of this website (“You/Your”).

Please read carefully before proceeding with entering this Website. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

You agree that You will use this Website in accordance with these terms and conditions and that You will not use this Website for any unlawful purpose. You will not hack, violate or attempt to violate the security of this Website or The End Collective computer systems or the computer systems of other users of this Website. Hacking means unauthorised access, malicious damage and/or interference and includes, without limitation, mail bombing, propagating viruses, worms or other types of malicious programs, deliberate attempts to overload a computer system, broadcast attacks or any other method designed to damage or interfere with the operation of a computer.



The End Collective attempts to display all products, styles, measurements and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all colours represented or shown on this website exactly matches the actual product as screen colour calibration can differ. We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but occasionally we do sell out of certain sizes or products. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. The End Collective reserves the right to limit the quantities of products sold as it sees fit. It is a condition of this Agreement that you do not resell the Products to a third party. The End Collective does not permit the purchase of items for resale.



By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out in the Website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal only. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete payment. All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The End Collective. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. The End Collective may reject Your Purchase Order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time prior to dispatch.

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card, your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details.  The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account. The End Collective may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on this Website without prior notice to You. If The End Collective requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order within seven days of the announcement of the increase.



From time to time The End Collective has special offers that can be applied to an order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the “apply coupon” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to the order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction. Unless otherwise specified each promotional code may only be used once per customer.



Gift Cards may only be redeemed at the The End Collective website. Gift Cards are not valid to be redeemed at any stockists. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. The End Collective does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. Please note only one gift card may be used per transaction and each Gift Card can only be used once. When purchasing with a Gift Card, you may still be required to enter your credit card details in order to verify your purchase. If your Gift Card is for the full amount of your order, your credit card will not be charged.



We will accept a return for Exchange or Shop Credit only, of an item which has NOT been worn, washed or used and in it’s original sellable condition, including tags. Please return to The End Collective within 7 business days for Australia and 15 Business days for International from the date you receive the parcel. Your return will be processed within 5 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse. The End Collective reserves the right to deny return of merchandise if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy, please choose carefully.


  • Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or shop credit and are final sale.


  • Accessories, Intimates and Jewellery cannot be returned for Health Regulations.


  • Items from The End Vintage cannot be returned. Please make your selections with care and carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. Ask us any questions you may have prior to your purchase. The End Collective attempts to display all products, styles, measurements and colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all colours represented or shown on this website exactly matches the actual product.If you are unhappy with your vintage item or the item has been grossly misrepresented, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.


Return shipping is payable by the customer and The End Collective recommends using a tracked and insured method for safe delivery.

International Returns cannot be over $900, please ship separately if over this limit as The End Collective is not responsible to pay duties to receive goods and if there is a charge it will be deducted from your final return. The End Collective is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us if you would like to make an exchange prior to shipping so we can place your desired item on hold for you, email us at sales@theendcollective.com.




  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached in original sellable condition.


  • Item must be mailed back within 7 business days of receiving your order for Australian Customers or 15 business days for International Customers.


  • The item has not been on sale, discounted or part of a special offer.


Please email sales@theendcollective.com to receive your #RA Return Number within 3 business days of receiving your order. You MUST receive an #RA number before posting or your return WILL NOT be processed. We require your order number, full name, email, payment type, date received and your reason for return. If this information is missing we will not be able to process your return for exchange or shop credit. Applied shop credit code/coupon will be sent via email within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, minus the original shipping charges. The End Collective is NOT responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a returned or exchanged item. Please insure your return package and keep your tracking number. The End Collective is NOT responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship out ourselves.

Every product is quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it, issue shop credit or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase. Items may need to be sent to manufacturers to be deemed faulty before a return can be processed by The End Collective, please be patient during this process. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal usage is not considered a manufacturing fault. At The End Collective we are dedicated to supporting and promoting designers / brands that are doing their best to take ecologically and/or socially responsible measures in the production and transportation of their products. None of the items we sell are made in sweatshops, and all of the designers we carry ensure their products are made under fair working conditions and in small batches, meaning lower carbon emissions. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary. The End Collective complies with Australian copyright and privacy laws. The End Collective is confident that your information is secure when purchasing items through our online store. Any personal information given to The End Collective will be protected.

While every endeavour is made to ensure your shopping experience with us is a good one, in the event that a credit card is used without the holder’s authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.



The End Collective has provided information on the website as accurately as possible. We will take all reasonable care as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
